"Cardboard meat Manju" was a false report

On 8th of this month, Beijing TV channnel has reported that minced pieces of cardboard were mixed in Manju as pork and shocked the world, but the same channnle announced it was a false report on 18th.
By the channnel office, staffs of a program called "Clearness" had visited stores which sell food for breakfast in Chouyo-ku, Beijing, and instructed 4 storekeepers to cook the Manju includes minced pieces of cardboard for TV programing. Also it has been found that the stores usually don't sell any Manjues, and the TV staffs had prepared all ingredient for them.
Police in Beijing has taken the staffs into castody and started investigation.

On 18th, an explosion occurred in NY Manhattan mid. town area. A large smoke rose from that and so many people around there are runnning about this way and that.
By the city police, the explosion has no suspicion, and ABC Channnel has announced that it was caused by a transformer's spontaneous explosion.

Lindsey Lohan got re-arrested

On 7/24, Lindsey Lohan, one of the most famous actress in the U.S, has got arrested again for the same suspection as the one in May. She had just ended her rehabilitation this months.
By AP communication, she was reported to chasing her staff by a vehicle and as being inquired, it came out that she was drunk and had cocaine.

why apple co. doesn't sell "i-phone" in Japan?

i- phone is one of the most expected cell phone to be on demand in Japan. It is a one without any buttons and has the same function as i-pod. The apple co. has produced it in the U.S last month and soon it has become scarce, and got the spotlight all over the world.
Also in Japan, many fans expect to buy it, but apple co. has announced that they may not sell it in Japan. Why?
There are 3 reasons that they desided so. First, Japanese cell-phones are usually not only for calling up, but also for high speeded deta commnication, but i-phone's not. Second, the mobile communication system differs in Japan. In most countries, GSM style which is the global standard is used but only Japan has adopted PDC style. Third, the price will be the problem. In the U.S, the selling price is between $500 to $600(about 60,000 to 70,000 yen) and will be too expensive in Japan.
As the huge market exists in China, apple co. may not start selling i-phone in Japan.

You know iPod, a potable music player. On May 10th in the U.S, the congress announced that iPod can trigger off the improper operation of pacemaker. It was seen in a half of the whole researches, and even confirmed that the pacemaker stopped by one experiment. Researchers say that it would be safe as long as the iPod is over 2-4 inches away from the heart, but they should keep on researching. In fact, one experiment showed that iPod can cause this problem even though it was 15 inches away.

As iPod is seen so many times on a train, people should know that they can suffer people who use pacemaker.

Siga prefecture has preach to the citizens to grow Goya on the poach so people can shut out the sunshine and expects the decrease of the use of air conditioners.

The city hall planned to distribute the seedings of Goya to 200 households at first, but the applications were much more than they have expected, and they distributed the 910 seedings of goya to 313 households.

Their main purpose is decrease of electricity for cooling. The experiment proves the temperature fell by 2-3 degrees compare to the other place.

Today, many people living in Japan concern about their future plans. The Yomiuri has just released statistics which shows that over 82% of Japanese workers over the age of 30 fear for their companies' possibilities. At the same time, they say that they are stressed by their labor. What behind their stresses are,
1) low increase of their income
2) the companies' possibilities or stability
3) the relationships between their colleagues are not being good.

The low thirties are so called the ice age of employment and the late thirties are called as the joiner during the bubble economy time. Generally there is a remarkable difference between their incomes; however, people on the regular payroll and the ones on the irregular payroll(like so called visiting workers) have taken differential payments, the 76% of the interviewees answered.

Why did they answer that they are worried? Although our economy is getting better and even the business records have hit a new high, but the society is with a bad mood. Our common anxiety is the problem about deflict financing, annuity, and many problems over the social securities. Speak of social security, we face the aging society and we are running out of time. It is going to be worth seeing how the government approaches to the problems over the above.
